Idaho Hunting Trip Info

Congratulations on booking a hunt with us! Here is some info that will be helpful in getting through the process of our paperwork and invoicing.

When you commit to a hunting trip, we will email you the following:

1.    You will receive a contract package that includes:

• Hunt Reservation Form
• Waiver of Liability
• Conditions and Services
• Gear List for Your Particular Hunt
• Invoice

2.    You will then fill out each form accordingly. Please read, fill out, and sign where indicated. You will send these back in as soon as you can. You can scan and email or postal mail the forms.

3.    Once these are in, we will give you your dates if we haven’t already.

4.    A 50% Deposit is due once you sign up, along with your tag money (except for Bear. You can buy this tag over the counter)

5.    Your balance is due 60 days before your hunt.

6.    Your Deposit is nonrefundable.

7. Non-resident and resident licenses can be purchased online on the Idaho Fish and Game website. You can also purchase your bear tag there. Bear tags are all over the counter. Please buy the “Reduced Bear Tag” for Unit 7. Please Note: Idaho Fish and Game now requires clients/customers to take a "Bear Identification" class online at the Idaho Fish and Game before they'll issue a tag/license. 8.    Itinerary for your Hunt:

• Depending on the weather, our clients usually meet up with us in St. Regis, Montana, or St. Maries, Idaho.
• We will email you the pre-determined location once your hunt date is closer.
